Fair use rationale for Image:SSCT vert stacked bw.jpg[edit]

Image:SSCT vert stacked bw.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Nicknames[edit]

Can anyone find a source for the nickname "Stark Tech?" I imagine it's used by many in the area and at the school, but is there any written source to place in the article? If not, the name shouldn't really be mentioned in this article as frequently as it currently is (maybe just a single mention would be OK) since it cannot be verified and Wikipedia policy wants to avoid things like "many say" or "many refer to..." without a source. I Googled "Stark Tech" and couldn't find any mention of it used as a nickname for this school and the school's website refers to itself as "Stark State" or more frequently "Stark State College."
