What else needs to be done to remove the banner from the top regarding references? I don't want to remove the banner if it still needs to be there, but I don't want it hanging around either.

Photos[edit]

Users have been removing images from this article. This should not be happening. The photos are provided and uploaded by the copyright holder and its agents, and such has been indicated upon uploading in Wikimedia Commons.
