It's a single[edit]
This is a single, not an EP. It was common during the 80s for singles to be released as a 7-inch and also as a 12-inch, usually with one or two additional tracks. The 12-inch is a plain old 12-inch single, not an EP - 12-inch EP's generally had 4-6 or more tracks and were marketed as EPs, e.g, with 'EP' in the title, or the release as a whole given a title different to any of the tracks (c.f. the Geek!
