Situation in different countries[edit]

Is Germany the only country with superclubs in rural areas? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 62.96.100.45 (talk) 18:05, 27 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Make sense[edit]

The term has also been used to describe large, multistory, high-capacity high-profile nightclubs, such as Pacha in Ibiza or 1970s discotheques such as Studio 54 NYC opened in 1977, The Saint NYC (opened in 1980) and Heaven London open in 1979 were earlier versions of the genre.

The latter part of the lead contains a run-on sentence, or something. I don't really know exactly. Which clubs were earlier versions of the genre? All the ones listed? If it is just Heaven and The Saint, how can they be considered earlier than Pacha or Studio 54? Part of the problem is the sentence is too long IMO. Why not fix it? cheers.◦◦derekbd◦my talk◦◦ 17:21, 24 September 2011 (UTC) It still makes no sense.◦◦derekbd◦my talk◦◦ 23:07, 3 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]
