Ancient site, village and town of Tell Brak[edit]
OK, there is the ancient site, and there seems to be a tiny little village around the ancient site. But there is also a town of Tell Brak, actually one of the larger towns in the area, rather than just a tiny village. The town might administratively be part of the dubious townships of Bir al-Helou or Sumayhan Gharbi though. If someone could find out the real situation that would really be helpful.
