Barangays of tuburan and Akbar[edit]

I just wonder how the mayors of Tuburan and Akbar will govern their constituencies with loose barangays, or rather, the land area of Akbar and Tuburan are not continuous. Brgy. Paguensan of Akbar is sorrounded by barangays of Tuburan (Bohetambis and Lahi-lahi) while Manguso and Mangalut of Akbar are sorrounded by barangays of Tuburan namely: Calut, Sinang, Katipunan, Sinulatan, Lahi-lahi, Bohetambis, Lower Tablas and Tablas Usew.
