Fuel consumption ?[edit]

It is first said that the Marboré VI has a consumption of only 109 gal/h, then later it is said to burn "190 gallons per hour"... Which one is true ?--Friday83260 (On discute ?) 21:22, 27 September 2014 (UTC)[reply]

The 109 gallon figure is for the Marboré II, though later we have 119 gallons for the same variant, unsourced and no conditions given (altitude/thrust setting). The 190 gallon figure for the Marboré VI apparently comes from a Fouga Magister flight manual, gives an altitude but no thrust setting (would assume economical cruise). I would use the last figure assuming good faith and accuracy of the person who added it as we don't all have Magister flight manuals to read!
