Reviewer: Buggie111 (talk · contribs) 19:27, 6 January 2013 (UTC) Neosho always seemed like a pretty awesome name whenever I read it. Nice to see that's she's been brought up to potential GAN status![reply]

Review:

  • Anything to flesh out the "See also page"? Sister ships? Looks kinda silly with just a book and portal link,
    • I switched it to an inline ref, rather than that honking big image. Don't even know why there's a book since I haven't even submitted it for a good topic yet.
  • Could possibly trim the caption under the Nashville pic. Don't think it's necessary to keep the author's description.
    • Done.
  • Link or explain what a flying battery is (I assume it's a group of horse drawn heavy guns, correct me if I'm wrong)
    • Linked, although I really should specify that they're light guns intended to be very mobile on the battlefield. But I'm just not up to adding it to the article or creating a new one right now.
  • "Official Records of the Union and Confederate Navies in the War of the Rebellion" doesn't seem to be used in the article, yet is listed at the bottom as a source.
    • Moved to further reading.

All I can see. Buggie111 (talk) 19:27, 6 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

    • Gotta say that I'm really liking the quick reviews for my GANs. Thanks for helping out.--Sturmvogel 66 (talk) 05:21, 7 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]
      • I'm sorry, I forgot the procedural "I Buggie111, as a WikiCup contestant, do solemnly swear that I am not be paying in any medium of currency by Sturmvogel 66 or in any tit-for-tat favors and the fact that I happen to only be reviewing his GAN's is purely coincidental."
