Merge To Union City (BART station) article[edit]

This article is woefully inferior to the Union City (BART station) article's intermodal rail station section. I suggest that the bulk of this page's content be merged into that article's section, and then that this page be converted into a 'redirect' page. Merge. This article has been the target of a likely string of sockpuppets who all show the same punctuation errors. This person has been promoting lots of development projects, and has in this case lost the bigger picture. The Union City BART station article is certainly the place to describe expansion projects.
