The article states that the 1841 census is the only one not online. Is this intended to mean the only 19th century census not online, as those from 1911 onwards are not available yet? David Underdown10:59, 5 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]
1971, 1981, 1991 and 2001 are all digitised and available for academics and other researchers to use online. Access to individual records is highly restricted. You can get access to information from the 2001 census for small areas such as a postcode through Neighbourhood Statistics (www.statistics.gov.uk and follow the links).
