Death ?[edit]
If I remember the story right, I think Veillantif dies near the end of the Battle of Roncevaux Pass. Ikmxx (talk) 04:52, 19 June 2013 (UTC)
- It's in Laisse 160 of the Song of Roland, I don't know how long before the end of the battle that is. Other stories may have alternative outcomes from Veillantif, but Ch. de Roland is of course the most famous of them. Renard Migrant (talk) 16:46, 15 January 2019 (UTC)
