Does Walden deserve his own article? He only appeared in four episodes and is a very minor character. Many other recurring members were more significant yet do not have, or need their own article. Well he did kill Phil Loetardo, this makes him significant - but yeah, other characters are important too.

He played close to no role at all. The fact that he killed Phil is completely irrelevant and unimportant. He was only in 5 scenes tops.
