Notability[edit]

I can't assess the notability on this, because I don't have the language skills, so anyone is free to take it to WP:AFD. I was told by an ar.wiki user that I trust that this article is notable and that the original creator of the G11'd version is a good faith user on ar.wiki, so I think its much more likely that there might be a language issue than actual spamming.
