Edit made to "Arrest of Yasuda"[edit]

I had to make an edit on the article detailing Yasuda's arrest as it claims that he was held in police cusady for several months. The police can only hold people for up to 28 days. After that they must either release the suspect or bring him or her to court. Although advocates claim that suspects can be held for months they seem to distort the truth when they claim this.

The term advocates use when police start over a 28 day interrogation is Bekken Taihö, which advocates claim is the process of letting a criminal go and arresting him or her again for the same charge that he or she was arrested for in the first place. In reality Bekken Taihö mean arresting a criminal again who has been accused of commiting another crime(for example a man accused of murder could be arested again for stealing).

I can imagine that there are cases of criminals who have committed minor crimes after being released and questioned for a former crime(getting arrested for a minor crime, but then being interogated for a more serious crime committed before), but advocates, despite the serious problems in the justice system are still distorting the truth. Both sides whether the left(the lawyers) or the right(the police) are going to lie in the end. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Graylandertagger (talkcontribs) 21:34, 15 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
