That means that someone thinks it reads like an advertisement rather than an encyclopedia article :). Ideally you should find a similar comment from an external review that you can cite rather than saying it yourself, as it's more of a personal opinion and original research. Hi! I added that advertisement notice box. I wanted to let you know that that section reads like an ad, which doesn't quite fit in with Wikipedia's function as an encyclopedia, so that you could edit it.
