Usage

Column will sort in this order.
| ft =	"feet" component of player's height (e.g. "6" if player is 6' 2")
| in =	"inches" component of player's height (e.g. "2" if player is 6' 2")
| wt =	player's weight in pounds (e.g. "200" if player weights 200 lb)
| birthyear = | birthmonth = | birthday =	Fill in 4 digits for the year (2008), one or two for the month (9), and one or two for the day (5). Do not add a 0 in front of single digits for month or day. It's done automatically.
| state =	player's home state/province/country, e.g. "Minnesota", "British Columbia", "Sweden", etc.
| hometown =	player's hometown, wikilinked (e.g. "[[Brainerd, Minnesota]]", "[[Qualicum, British Columbia]]", "[[Stockholm|Stockholm, Sweden]]")
| prevteam =	player's previous team, compactly wikilinked (if page exists) without nickname or full school name (e.g. "[[Brainerd High School (Minnesota)|Brainerd]]", "[[Nanaimo Clippers|Nanaimo]]", "[[Northern Michigan Wildcats men's ice hockey|Northern Michigan]]", "Linköpings J-20")
| prevleague =	league (acronym) of player's previous team, not wikilinked (e.g. "USHL", "BCHL", "CCHA", "J20 SuperElit"). Note that "AtlJHL" must be used for the Atlantic Junior Hockey League. For US high schools, use e.g. "USHS-MN". For minor teams, use e.g. "Midget AAA".
| NHLteam =	team that holds/held player's rights, without nickname (except "New York Rangers", "New York Islanders", "Atlanta Flames", "Colorado Rockies", "Minnesota North Stars" and "Winnipeg Jets" [for 1972–96 franchise only])
| NHLpick =	overall NHL draft selection, e.g. "1st", "92nd", "254th"
| NHLyear =	year player was drafted
| inj =	if inj=yes, injury symbol appears by player's name.
| cap =	captains – acceptable values are C and A. C and A appears in parentheses after player's name
| women =	hides weight and NHL rights columns for women's rosters. Add this parameter to the header template and all player lines.
| noNHL =	hides NHL rights column - only use if all players on roster are undrafted. Add this parameter to the header template and all player lines.
