Usage
Above the discussion, use either:

- <type> is used when it is not a move proposal.
- <verdict> is one or two words that explains the result of the discussion.
Or:
{{subst:polltop|result=<result>}}
- <result> is a sentence that describes the outcome of the discussion.
Below the discussion:
