Usage[edit]
This template should be placed on draft articles for upcoming television series or season to alert editors about WP:NFTV and the guidelines for moving said draft to the mainspace.
Parameters[edit]
Four optional parameters can be used to adjust or add text to the template. The following three can all be used in conjunction with one another if necessary:
|animation=- This will alter text to better suit an animated television series or season. Can be set with
y,yes, etc. - Example: {{Television draft notice|animation=y}} produces:
Please note: This draft should not be submitted for review or moved to the mainspace until final animation or voice recording for the series has begun, per WP:NFTV.
- This will alter text to better suit an animated television series or season. Can be set with
|season=- This will alter the text to indicate the draft is for a season. Can be set with
y,yes, etc. - Example: {{Television draft notice|season=y}} produces:
Please note: This draft should not be submitted for review or moved to the mainspace until filming for the season has begun, per WP:NFTV, along with any additional article splitting considerations, per MOS:TVSPLIT.
- This will alter the text to indicate the draft is for a season. Can be set with
|filming_start=- This will add text indicating the currently scheduled filming start date for the television series or series. Can be set with any type of text.
- Example: {{Television draft notice|filming_start=January 26, 2018}} produces:
Please note: This draft should not be submitted for review or moved to the mainspace until filming for the series has begun, per WP:NFTV. The filming start date is currently scheduled for January 26, 2018. Please see the draft for more information.
The final parameter below works independent of the three parameters above, and using any of those three with the following will not produce or alter any additional text in the notice:
|episode=- This will alter the text to give a more episode-specific notice. Can be set with
