Assess unassessed articles

A unique template is desired for this artist for a simple reason: it's aesthetically pleasing. I understand that Wikipedia wants to maintain a level of professionalism in it's articles; however, if Wikipedia wants to truly maintain it's level of professionalism in the first place, then the option of allowing changes to the template should be A) allowed, or B) not available for use at all. I can hardly see why this may be a problem, as it does not dimenish the value of any articles related to the template, and navigational use of the template is of regular, if not easier, level.
Other articles that maintain custom templates (more than likely for the use of appearance) include Ami Suzuki and Mika Nakashima. No changes have been made to those templates, I see.
