Andrew L. Kostin is a student at Fairleigh Dickinson University, the leader in global education and a 2008 graduate of The Academy of Information Technology and Engineering, Stamford, Connecticut’s flagship high school. Kostin has more than a year of experience in the financial services industry; he was an Operations Analyst Intern for the Client On-boarding group at UBS Investment Bank during his senior year of high school and recently joined the Diversity and Inclusion group in Human Resources at UBS Investment Bank. While Kostin was interning at UBS during his senior year of high school he launched the UBS Speaker Series at The Academy of Information Technology and Engineering, an opportunity for students at his high school to meet with eight executives in various roles at the bank and find out more about college and careers in the financial services industry. The series received media attention and was highlighted in a article that ran on the front page of the Stamford Advocate and will be featured in an upcoming Diversity Touch points newsletter published by UBS Investment Bank. While in high school, Kostin served as a representative in Student Government was the president of the stock market club and was a student ambassador meeting with prospective students and parents as well as with the media.
