Agri-Design - A term first coined by Preservation Planner and Community Design Consultant, Chip Wright in 2012 that defines rural planning initiatives that center upon the improvement of local farming operations. Agri-Design initiatives serve to bolster agricultural diversification, visual enhancement, environmental sustainability, re-utilization of historic rural architecture, and increased profitability. Agri-Design falls within the disciplines of Landscape Architecture, Environmental Sciences, and Historic Preservation

Mr. Chip Wright serves as a private consultant and Adjunct Professor within the University of Georgia's College of Environment and Design. His work focuses upon improving the quality of life for residents in Georgia's rural farming communities .
