Campbell Hewson Campbell Hewson was born in Palmerston North, New Zealand in 1991. Campbell grew up in many places in and around New Zealand, but has also travelled extensively in and around Pacific, Asia and Europe. In 2002 Campbell moved to London where he resided in Wimbledon and attended ACS (ACS International Schools).
