Welcome to Ian Sergeant's home page on Wikipedia. I write regularly on Facebook (request permission to see content) and Ten Word Wiki. I write principally on trivia, the railways, politics and IT.

I come from Scunthorpe and write regularly about my home town, although I have lived in the south-west of England for many years. I support Scunthorpe United F.C. which can be quite frustrating at times, but it's also been very rewarding these last few years. I work as an IT Consultant, usually in Central London, but I've been fortunate enough to work in Edinburgh and Dublin too. Crooked cottage (talk) 12:35, 3 December 2010 (UTC)

UK Elections[edit]

Some of you may have noticed I am working on the UK election pages. I'm attempting to bring in the 1992 results in the first place. This means a lot of preparatory work bringing the constituency pages into the same format. I am attempting not to lose relevant information - if anyone thinks I have, let me know and I'll see what I can so. There are a number of ideas people have introduced to the various pages which I want to bring into the standard template, but in the first place I want to go through the content end to end and work out what changes need to be made across the board. Ideas welcomed. Crooked cottage (talk) 22:14, 10 December 2010 (UTC)
