User:Cyde/Admin criteria

These are the criteria I look for in prospective candidates for adminship.

  1. Must have been actively editing for three to four months at minimum.
  2. Must have enough substantive edits for me to get a good idea of the editing pattern and style.
  3. Must believe in the open source philosophy.
  4. Must understand United States copyright law.
  5. Must have nothing even remotely resembling a userbox on his userpage.
  6. Must have fixed up a featured article removal candidate back to featured article status.
  7. Must over fifty substantial edits in each namespace, most critically, Image talk: and Portal talk:.
  8. Must have a positive coefficient for the exponential term when an exponential regression is calculated on the user's number of edits per week for the past twelve weeks.
  9. Must understand that AFD is a discussion, not a vote.
  10. Must have contributed to 500 AFD discussions.
  11. Must have contributed substantial improvements to AutoWikiBrowser, pyWikipediaBot, or MediaWiki software proper.
  12. Must have a 3.2 GPA with a minimum of 16 earned credits per semester.
  13. Must have written five featured articles from scratch or had a substantial part in writing ten.
  14. Must be SCUBA-certified.
  15. Must have founded at least two WikiProjects and participated in at least five.
  16. Must have Ascended at least three different character classes.
  17. Must meet criteria for becoming a steward.
  18. Must be no more than 50% cybernetic but no less than 20% cybernetic.
  19. Must speak three languages fluently.
  20. Must have a written letter of recommendation from Jimbo.
  21. Must have dreams in Wiki source at least three nights a week.
  22. Must be able to secure a 30-year loan at 3.2% APR or lower.
  23. Must be at least 35 years of age and born on United States soil or its overseas consulates.
  24. Must be able to recite all sections of United States copyright law from memory.
  25. Must be rouge.
  26. Must have root on Wikimedia's servers.
  27. Must run a backup cluster of Wikimedia servers.
  28. Must be Wiki.

If you meet all of my criteria you will get a guaranteed support from me. Otherwise, it's iffy.
