Edit: This page has barely changed from when I populated it on November 24, 2008. I don't really want to edit it, but I need to. This page was mainly created because I wanted people to know an impostor 'DAOWAce' was roaming the internet. I did not want my reputation dragged into the dirt by that kid. "I thought it was cool" was his excuse for stealing it. (And yes, I use the word 'stealing' because as stated below, my alias is unique across the internet.)

DAOW stands for Dark Angels Of War.
I am a dedicated PC gamer. The latest generation console I own is a Playstation 2, meaning I have never owned an Xbox.
My old clan name was {)DAOW(}Ace. I owned a Battle.net account with those special characters, which subsequently expired due to losing interest in Starcraft/Diablo 2 after 5-7 years. Not long before that happened games stopped accepting special characters, in which I started using DAOWAce.
My alias is UNIQUE.
My alias is universal in every game I play (or used to be), and I claim the name wherever I go, as it is rightfully mine. One of my old friends effectively 'stole' my alias (used without knowledge/permission) as if he created it himself. I have struggled with this conflict for the last few years, but his ignorance knows no bounds. While he doesn't apparently use it as often, he still actively holds it as his Xbox Live Gamertag, in which I cannot enjoy playing any Games for Windows - Live games, as it ties in directly with Xbox Live. If you see this name on Xbox Live, please assist me in reclaiming what is rightfully mine.
I have finally, after 3 years of first asking him, obtained my alias for the Gamertag.
My other aliases are:
EDA^Ace - Elite ranks of the clan, titled 'Elite Dark Angels'. I never use this.
DAOWAres - Former clan leader. I never use this outside of account names that must be unique to display names.
Blind - My main character in any game I play.
Arrogance - Usually my main 'alt' character.
Departed - Used in the past (before 'Blind' was created) after I decided I didn't want any bad reputation on DAOWAce. A bit childish, but I was growing up and had that "hate losing" mentality. Usually just a mule now or another alt.
I'll use any combination of the above 3, in that order, should anything be taken. 'Blind' is a hard name to get, but like 'Departed' in the past, that is my current game alias. It has significant meaning to me. I don't use it because it 'sounds cool', as some may think. It's to a point where I won't even play a game unless I'm really interested if the name is taken before I create it. Yeah, that's how much meaning it has to me.
I also have a persona.. and only a very select few know her.
