I am an educator previously specialising in Teaching English as a Foreign/or Second Language and now deliver general English and Maths in Further Education. I have also taught across the sectors, from nursery to university and in a variety of locations/countries.
I speak German and Swedish and, when pushed, French, though my Russian is long since dormant.
I am interested in education, Aikido, Qi gong and my local area (Bedfordshire).
I was born in Wellingborough but brought up in Ayrshire.
- Ayrshire is a county on the west of Scotland, south of Glasgow.
- It is the home of Robert Burns.
- It was once famous for its lace, cloth and agricultural technology.
