Angel City Outcasts is a band that originated in Los Angeles, California in 1997. There music consists of a style that has never been seen before with a combination of punk rock, ska, and psychobilly mixes in it. There band consists of 5 members that all live in LA. There music stands out different from other bands is there fast cathy coruses, fast beat rythems, and mean guitar solos.
