I'm Eugene. I co-founded a company called Groupaya.

Before that, I co-founded and ran Blue Oxen Associates from 2002-2011. One of my clients was the Wikimedia Foundation. I designed and led the Wikimedia strategic planning process from 2009-2010.

I mostly read Wikipedia. I fix typos here and there. I sometimes blog.
