I'm Eugene. I write about collaboration at Faster Than 20.

I co-founded and ran Groupaya in 2012. Before that, I co-founded and ran Blue Oxen Associates from 2002-2011. One of my clients then was the Wikimedia Foundation. I designed and led the Wikimedia strategic planning process from 2009-2010.
