Empire of Fools are an English rock band that formed in Devon/Cornwall, Devon in 2010 by vocalist/songwriter/Guitarist Mark Pascall, Guitarist Steve Cobbin. After a few line up changes drummer Dean Stevens joined in 2012. The band recorded and released their first single "Unstoppable" in 2013, (recorded with Romesh Dodangoda - Motorhead, The Blackout, Funeral for a friend). This led to media interest and followed with live sessions for BBC Radio and featuring on BBC Introducing (Devon). The music video for "Unstoppable" was premiered on Sky TV's "Cornwall Channel". In 2013 Mark Pascall was featured in Bass Guitar Magazines issue 88 and Dean/Empire of Fools were featured in the "The Riser" feature of DRUMMER Magazine.

Empire of Fools have supported and shared the stage with ... 2010 - The Quireboys. 2011 - Thunder, Bad Company, Status Quo, Shaun Ryder, Stringer Bessant (featuring members of Reef), Adam Bomb. 2012 - Reef, [[Reckless Love, Donavon Frankenreiter, Exit Ten, Steve Cradock (Ocean Colour Scene), The Wurzels, The Virgin Marys, Mallory Knox, Hard Fi. 2013 - The Darkness, The Damned, Toby Jepson, Donavon Frankenreiter, The Levellers, Doctor and the medics. 2014 - The Answer, Bob Geldolf and The Boomtown Rats, Blackwolf, Trapt, The Sweet, Doctor and the medics.
