In line with Wikipedia's Conflict of Interest guidelines, I would like to declare that I work for the Council of Europe, an international organisation that promotes human rights and democracy on behalf of 700 million citizens in its 46 member states.

I endeavour to make any submissions and edits fully in line with Wikipedia guidelines, particularly "neutral point of view", with the aim of providing neutral but accurate information on the organisation I work for, in the public interest.

I strictly limit any edits to correcting or adding factual information or (occasionally) providing context or improving style in an impartial way, and am ready to defer to the Wikipedia community on any issue that is not a demonstrable matter of fact.
