Matt Gilpin a graduate of Columbus Collage of Art and Design worked for Looking Glass Studio on Flight 3, Thief gold, and Thief 2. After the collapse of Looking Glass Matt went on to Blue Fang Games to work on Zoo Tycoon. In 2002 Matt left Blue Fang Games for Harmonix Music Systems, Inc. where he worked on Amplitude (2002), Karaoke Revolution (2003), Anti-Grav (2004), and Guitar Hero (2005).
