Julien Modica (born Nov. 6, 1959) is an American politician from the U.S. Commonwealth of Virginia and a member of the Democratic Party. Julien Modica is a twenty-five year resident of Virginia and past Herndon High School varsity quarterback and 1976 state pole vaulting champion. He was a candidate for the United States Senate in 2008.
