Hello fellow wikipedia-users. I first gained my wikilegs from the 2009 AP Biology wikiproject in which myself and my peers were grouped together to improve our choice of a biology related article. My interest in biology is rooted in my passion to further understand the world around me and feed my hunger for stripping concepts down to their cores. Aside from that, my interests tend to stray towards the more abstract concepts of life such as creative writing, art, and literature. Perhaps some odd and ends might provide a more accurate impression of myself: My favorite poet is John Donne. I used to think in Spanish as a child when I lived in Chile (personally, I feel that English leaves a stiff taste on the tongue). I am obsessed with dystopian fiction like George Orwell's 1984, or Ayn Rand's Anthem (especially Anthem). In my personal opinion, the best place to be is in an art classroom, where you're expected to fail and then find your own way to turn it into success. I want to write the next great American novel. I want to smoke cigars with the big guys like Hemingway, John Gardner, Charles Bukowski, Tome Wolfe, Fitzgerald, the whole lot of 'em. I hope to attend George Washington University, where I will major in English and Minor in Art. I hope to become an English professor to reciprocate the gifts of knowledge that my teachers so kindly gave to me. (KatieW1992 (talk) 01:46, 1 September 2009 (UTC))
