About Me

I currently live in Kamas, UT. I plan on living here the rest of my life. I’m originally from Star Valley WY.

Family

I am a fortunate man; I have a wonderful family. They mean the world to me. There are currently four of us in our little family, my wife, a daughter, and a son.

My wife is a very patient woman. She puts up with all of my eccentricity. Fortunately she is a very good sport. She accompanies me on most of my outdoors activities.

My daughter and son have me wrapped around their little fingers and they know it.

Literature

I really enjoy reading classical literature. I’m turning into a bit of a bibliophile. This is a bit surprising to me as all of my education is based on math and science. Until recently I’ve had little to no interest in anything else.

Dylan

In my opinion, there isn’t a better songwriter than Bob Dylan. His lyrics seem to speak to me. It is something intangible that fascinates me. I wish I could work it out.

Outdoors

I really enjoy extended backpacking trips, running, rock climbing, and mountaineering. I typically spend at least 1 week each summer backpacking through Yellowstone National Park.

Wiki Interests

I’m primarily interested in using Wikipedia as a source to learn from. There is so much knowledge to be had from so many people. Hopefully I can contribute a little here and there.
