Why I Edit Wikipedia

After complaining about the poor and sometimes distorted coverage of contemporary Philippine history on Wikipedia, I decided to put my money where my mouth is and learn how to edit. A friend invited me to a Wikipedia workshop hosted by Action for Economic Reforms in 2018, but I only got the guts to actually edit Wikipedia in early 2019.

I borrow most of my references from the Don Eugenio Lopez Library of the University of Asia and the Pacific, or from friends. Or I use other wiki entries to find useful references.

Who am I?

I've been advised not to say too much about myself, but I'll say this much: I am a Filipina Civic Libertarian single parent who believes the Philippines needs to allocate Six percent of its GNP to Education. I love my people, I love my culture, and I love this land. Everything else they call "Nation" is just paper.
