I must confess, I am a Wikipedian.

My best friend got me into this mess of Wikipedia and I haven't left since. Only, where he writes article after article, I like to organize Wikimedia-related events such as workshops, classes on various levels and different languages.

I have a diverse background; from a nurse, museologist, archiver, restauration, Cultural Heritage specialist to Historian and Philosopher of Science. I have a very broad interest and this is the base of my knowledge.

At the moment I am researching Emergency Medicine in the Netherlands around 1900s and I am working on my thesis that relates to the scientific authority of museums.

I am also a crazy cat lady, museum lover, a woman in a mans' world (no seriously, there are only about 15 women at my faculty, which is less than 1%) and crazy cat lady. Did I mention I love cats???
