Karl Charters (born 10 April 1972, in Birmingham, United Kingdom) is a retired professional squash player from England.

Charters won the World Junior Squash Championship title in 1990.

As a professional player, he broke into the world's top-20 in 1991, and the top-10 in 1995. After a short break he returned to the professional squash circuit.

Charters won the Spanish Open title in 1999. He also helped England win two World Team Squash Championships titles, and won the British National Championships in 1998.

Charters reached a career-high world ranking of World No. 9.
