About me[edit]
Hi,
I'm Maria Karlsson a PhD student at SLU. My area of research is ultra-high teperature (UHT) treated milk (also called long life milk) and how seasonal variations in raw milk quality affect the shelf-life of UHT milk. I conduct most of my research at the Department of Food Science. You may find my personal page on SLU [1].
In May 2014 I started Agronomuppropet, together with Beatrice Ramnerö and Julia Fransson. We were rewarded Agronomists of the year 2016 (Årets Agronom 2016) for our initative.
Since April 2016 I'm representing the PhD students in the board of SLU.
