INGCO International is a US-registered full-service interpreting, translation and global marketing firm, with headquarters located in Saint Paul, Minnesota. INGCO’s main services are: translation, interpreting, global marketing, localization, transcription, voice over, subtitling and product and package design. The services are available in 200+ languages. INGCO International was formed in 2005.

History & Overview[edit]

INGCO International was founded in 2005 by Ingrid Christensen, a graduate of the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities campus. Starting from translation, interpreting and localization services, the company further developed and in 2010 started offering transcription, voice-over and subtitling services, along with global marketing and product and package design services.

In 2008 the company grew to introduce regional management for Eastern, Western, South Eastern, and Southwestern United States. In 2008 the company has appointed Nancy Christensen as the Interpreter Services Coordinator, based in Saint Paul, Minnesota. In 2012 Mark Broeders was appointed as Director of International Operations at INGCO International, and is currently handling the international affairs of the company.^[1]

Currently, INGCO International works with a network of more than 500 translators and interpreters, providing translation and interpreting services in more than 200 languages.

Awards and Recognition[edit]

Ingrid Christensen, the company’s director and owner, who also sits on the Board of the Saint Paul Area Chamber of Commerce^[2] was recognized as the 2012 Emerging Entrepreneur of the Year and the 2012 Deubener Award in the Women/Minority Owned Business category.^[3] In 2013, she was named a 40 Under 40 Honoree by the Minneapolis/Saint Paul Business Journal, joining the ranks of successful alumni.^[4]
