Interests
I like
- fun hedonism
- doing constructive things while trying not to just mess around too much
- happiness not money - money is just a tool for helping it along for both yourself and others
- wikipedia - though systemic bias is way too widespread - it's too easy that groups of similar-thinking people can band together to instantly revert people that challenge their points of view: as an article said about wikipedia somewhere it seems a few too many admins are in cliques too
- animals (kittens make my heart melt. cats are adorable and love me too (my friends'cats have been known to follow me around) dogs tend to awake booting-in-the-head urges.)
- punk rock
- industrial
- punk
- techno in the likes of The Prodigy
- some indyrock
- Loud music in general
Opinions
I think:
- anarchy is stupid and would never work
- democracy is sometimes overrated. too many dumb people.
- communism is all too much like capitalism/totalitarianism in all real forms that it's taken
- religion, both hate of "unbelievers" and inter-religion hate is the cause of more deaths of innocent people worldwide than anything else
Believe it or not I am 18. I'm just a hyperintelligent freak! I learn fast and unlike stereotypes I like change and am extremely unorganised. I also enjoy exercise and gym, spend as little time on computers as possible, like socialising and parties and am a sex-positive feminist :D i'm also horribly obsessive at times and have problems pulling myself away from doing something to do something else until "finished" with whatever the first thing is. it's quite annoying. I also twirl my hair A LOT which I really wish I could stop it annoys me.
I've found that the few other females I know with AS have so far been more fun than the males - Often just too geeky to be any fun at all.. (From the Asperger syndrome article: "Asperger syndrome expert Tony Attwood suggests that females learn to better compensate for their impairments because of differences in socialization (Attwood, pp 151-2). Some preliminary evidence for this is found in the Ehlers & Gillberg study, which found a 4:1 male to female ratio in the people they thought definitely had Asperger's but a much less lopsided 2.3 to 1 ratio when merely suspected or otherwise borderline cases were included.")
I'm not saying what country I live in because it's irrelevant and people judge too quickly making broad stereotypes and generalisations on people from ALL countries - unfortunately stereotyping just seems to be part of natural human nature.

I LIKE HUMANITY I AM NOT misanthropic BUT YOU'RE VERY SELF-DESTRUCTIVE Y'KNOW?
I am no geek but I emphasise a lot with the world-view of the new Doctor Who (having been accused of "alien" thoughts and strangeness myself) - You're great, but very silly ;)
lol our last hope is a website probably ran by some guy living in his parents' basement? riight
STOP BABY HARP SEAL MASSACRE
Canada has an annual harp seal hunt, wherein Canadians descend on ice floes armed with clubs and spears. They stab and bludgeon the infant seals, and then skin them, often alive. The pelts are sold to the People's Republic of China. In 2004 alone, 365,971 seals were killed - the largest number of seals killed in Canada in more than half a century. The last time this many seals were killed - in the 1950s and 1960s - close to two thirds of the harp seal population was wiped out. And the actual number of seals killed is probably far higher than the number reported. Many seals are shot at and injured in the course of the hunt, and studies suggest that a significant number of these animals slip beneath the surface of the water, where they die slowly and are never recovered.
The Canadian government set a three year quota, including provision for transfer between years at the start of the three year period of 2003-2005. During this period the quota is set at 975,000 animals, with a maximum kill of 350,000 per year. There are however no penalties for exceeding quotas, and in 2002, the Canadian government allowed sealers to exceed the quota by more than 37,000 animals, and in 2004, the 350,000 limit was exceeded by nearly 16,000.
