Trained in the mystical arts of Music performance and education, Mr. Picanço has always enjoyed dabbling in almost every theoretical field of study and interest from theology to the quantum. Always aspiring to greater heights and to eventually land that dream job of Director, the improvement of communities and our ways of life will endlessly be tackled, dissected, and rebuilt into that which shall tend to stand the test of time as long as he still has the breath to take another step, forward.
