My name is Adam Richard Sweet. I have a certificate in violin and viola from the New England Conservatory of Music at Rivers, and a BA in Music from Hampshire College. I've been playing violin since the age of 4, now at 46, I play, teach, repair, build bows for fiddlers and run several online discussion forum specifically for musicians such as Fiddle World, Violin Society, Mandolin Friends among others.

I am happily married and the father of two wonderful kids. I play currently in four ensembles including Woodkerne, Crossing the Pond, Celticado, and Maple Ridge.
