Nipun Alambayan is name of a personality. His background is related to a village. He was brought up in a normal family. He is permanently living in Delhi since 2005. Nipun Alambayan is a social worker. he is organized the motivational seminar & awareness programme in collage & university. he is the part of many institute, NGO'S.Nipun alambayan get the seminar all over INDIA. After completing his post graduation. He prepared for civil services examination but unfortunately he couldn’t get through. After trying for civil services he decided that his failure will lead other to success. Since then Nipun Alambayan involved in teaching. Today he is giving his services to many institutions & universities. Nipun Alambayan is an inspiration for hundreds of students. Many students who were taught try Nipun Alambayan today are successfully working in several fields. His two books “Indian polity (constitution & governance) and International Relation” show his writing talent which is very impressive. His interest in writing is the reason he writes some Article and Poetry that got published time to time. Besides teaching and writing he loves to do social work. He is working with some NGO’S as well as he is giving his services to some institution by organising some seminars to awaken the students and also some career guidance programme. Till date Nipun Alambayan had addressed hundreds of seminars and programmes. For this he has been honoured by many colleges & universities.
