A right turn is allowed after a stop.

A left turn is usually not allowed after a stop. You have to turn left when you get green.

A no right turn sign means not to turn right. A no left turn sign means not to turn left.

Red means stop. Green means go.

Political interpretation: A right wing move is ok if you stop to think about it. Even if you stop to think about it, a leftist bend is forbidden. It is only allowed if you see money (green, the color of capitalism).

Leftist or rightist bents are sometimes forbidden.

Red (communism) means stop. Don't do it. Green or capitalism is a go.
