noyd - this slang term discribes a person that is intentionally annoying just for fun, a "pain in the rear" if you will. This word was originally used in the mid-1980's by a young mother when her child was being intentionally annoying.

This term is not related to "Big Noyd" a hip-hop artist from the Queens, NY area most known for his work with rap group Mobb Deep, or the Domino's pizza mascot of the mid-1980's.
