Political Animus: a political animal with an attitude.

An author, historian, someone who wants to know everything and virtually reads everything, I have been at this for more than three decades now. My specialties run the gamut, from American history to world history; from the American government (I have written about all three branches), the US Constitution, and various aspects of American history, including the American Civil Rights Movement and the war in Iraq. I have penned works on American cities, on the years between the World Wars (1919-39), and other subjects. I am currently writing a complete history of the lives of the men and women who ran for Vice President of the United States on major and minor presidential tickets. That's why I love history...and why I am a political animal.
