If anyone can see this, I want to suggest changes to a page or pages, without first Posting those suggestions to the detriment of anything or anyone that's gone before.

I did try following Wiki…'s Help pages and they seem to go round in circles, all of which basically suggest I first Post a suggested change…

I do think I'm missing something and I hope some of you can clue me in… please.
