My name is Ronald van Engelen, I was born in 1970 in the small village Oijen on the shore of the Meuse in The Netherlands and currently reside in the nearby town Oss. I'm interested in freee software, especially Debian and the FSF, information technology and computers, spirituality, music and music registration technology. I keep a blog, and publish some audio related scripts through github.

I used to be rather active in the free software community, mainly as a translater for Gnome-NL and Ubuntu DutchTeam, and used to be a member of the EindhoveN Open Source Interest Group (ENOSIG).
