Tragic

Players who could have been hall of famers, but tragic circumstances (mostly non-injury) intervened. I'm going to try to make all these articles to WP:FA by next year. Practically my do-to list.

1. Harry Agganis - later project, need to gather sources
2. Doug Ault - started some work on the article already, should be a quick GA. Update doing now Secret ^account 18:15, 28 December 2013 (UTC)
3. Ewell Blackwell - very definition of arm abuse, having sourcing problems.
4. Joe Boley - Sad story of a great player when the minor leagues used to be independent, thus delaying his Major League career working on it now. Update doing now Secret ^account 18:15, 28 December 2013 (UTC)
5. Lyman Bostock - probably a very easy GA that I could complete in a few days.
6. Ray Chapman or Carl Mays maybe both. - Got tons of sources.
7. Tony Conigliaro - need to gather sources
8. Sammy Drake - original member of the 1962 Mets, but was released by the team, focusing on GA.
9. Ferris Fain - did some work already, sources are lacking which is very surprising for a player this caliber, I guess the teams he played for weren't the best....

Biographies of 1972 Dolphins and 1927 Yankees players, many of them are stubs, User:Batard0 outstanding 1946-1950 Cleveland Browns project should inspiration for the 72 Dolphins, which all the articles simply are bad, plenty of DYK there. 1927 Yankees was my first major project, though most of the articles are basically done by other users, all I could do is use my sources for FA. Focus on safeties as well, most underrated position in professional football, expand all the core safeties articles.
