Hi, I'm a university student studying at Stellenbosch University, in South Africa.
My dream is to finish my bachelors degree in chemical engineering and later to obtain my masters degree and maybe even Ph.D. in that particular field.
I have no previous experience with wiki's and only very limited experience with HTML coding.
I enjoy editing and creating art in Photoshop and Illustrator and see myself mainly editing graphics for Wikipedia. I'm bylingual and fluent in English and Afrikaans, my home language. I'm also hoping to get involved in Wikipedia's Afrikaans pages.
Hobbies and Interests[edit]
I play the violin, and as of recently am interested in composing. I also love playing golf, and am keen on bringing down my handicap (which technically does not exist yet).
Furthermore I enjoy listening to many different types of music, programming Delphi (I must warn you though, I am shockingly rusty), Photoshop editing, PC games and generally advances in technology and specifically Information Technology.
Conclusion[edit]
I'm looking forward to lending a hand to all my fellow Wikipedians; hopefully I'll also be able to write some good stuff while I'm at it.
